Now we're cooking! At this stage, you’re satisfied with the house design and in the refinement stage. What started as a single floor plan has evolved into a detailed set of drawings, highlighting the goods inside. This comprehensive set of documents are essential to begin your application for finance approval.

Sketch Proposal

Your ideas, brought to life! Here, you will review your draft house plan. What began as a sketch on a napkin has now become a tangible drawing, enabling you to visualize room sizes, layout, and the flow of your future home.

Do you have, or are already engaged with a builder?

PACKAGE A

Fear not. We can proceed without a builder at this stage. We have also partnered up with a group of qualified builders for you to choose from.

Working Drawings

Details and more details! At this stage, you'll have a complete drawing to present to third-party certifiers to acquire necessary documents essential for securing a building permit. Regardless of which package you chose in Stage 2, we can take charge of procuring these documents and work alongside your chosen builder (either one you've selected upon beginning your quest with us or one of our trusted partners).
