Our goal is to ensure that the cost estimate is accurate and customised to your needs, providing transparency and insight into the investment required for your project. Would I have full rights to my house design?Yes! You'll have full rights for a one-time use of the house design to build with a builder of your choosing. If you decide to proceed with our preferred builder, the cost for design service will be credited from your build contract. Our goal is to ensure clients have complete control over the design process!
